Description

The Calcium Sulfonate Complex Additive Package is a high-performance formulation specifically designed for producing overbased calcium sulfonate complex greases. These greases are known for their exceptional performance under extreme operating conditions, including heavy-duty, high-temperature, and wet environments.

This additive package incorporates advanced polymer materials, special functional additives, and a conversion compound to create high-adhesion grease products with superior characteristics.

Process Description:

The process for manufacturing greases using the Calcium Sulfonate Complex Additive Package includes the following steps:

  1. Preparation:

    • Clean the sealed kettle with base oil.
  2. Mixing:

    • Add the additive package and water in proportion.
    • Heat to 88–94°C and stir for 3 hours to transform amorphous calcium carbonate into crystalline form.
  3. Dehydration:

    • Heat to 140–150°C and dehydrate for 2 hours.
  4. Consistency Adjustment:

    • Gradually add blend oil to adjust the grease consistency as needed.
  5. Final Additives:

    • Cool to 90–100°C and incorporate desired additives, such as antioxidants, EP agents, or solid fillers.
